TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY

1. Please include payment with your order. Cheques must be payable to your Forever Living Products Independent Distributor. Payments by credit/debit card are payments to your Forever Living Products Independent Distributor on whose behalf and to whose account Forever Living Products will process such payments.

2. Orders are subject to availability.

3. Delivery will normally be within 14 days of your order.

Your contract of sale is with your Forever Living Products Independent Distributor who is an independent seller of the Forever Living Products range of products. The Forever Living Products Independent Distributor is not an agent of Forever Living Products.

COMPLETE MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Forever Living Products (UK) Ltd and Forever Living Products Ireland Ltd guarantee the quality of the Forever Living Products range of products within the United Kingdom. If you are not completely satisfied with any item distributed by Forever Living Products, please return your receipt to YOUR DISTRIBUTOR together with the unused part of the product or the empty containers, within 60 days of purchase and YOUR DISTRIBUTOR will refund the purchase price paid. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

You may cancel your order at any time before midnight of (a) the 14th day following the date on which you made the order or (b) the 9th working day from the day after you receive the goods, whichever is the later. If you wish to cancel the contract you must inform the Independent Distributor. You may use the form attached on the left to do so. Your cancellation will take effect when it is posted or, if emailed, when the email is sent. If you cancel, you must make available the products delivered to you under this contract or sale to your Independent Distributor, in substantially as good a condition as when received, or you may, if you wish, comply with the instructions of the Independent Distributor regarding the return posting of the goods at the Independent Distributor’s expense and risk. If you do make the products available to the Independent Distributor and the Independent Distributor does not pick them up within 20 days of the date of your written notice to cancel, you may retain or dispose of the goods without any further obligation. If you fail to make the goods available to the Independent Distributor, or if you agree to return the goods to the Independent Distributor and fail to do so, then you remain liable for performance of all obligations under this contract.
