Day 1: Darwin via Litchfield to Mary River You will be collected from Darwin for the short journey to Litchfield National Park. Explore the waterfalls, spring-fed streams and rugged sandstone escarpments of Litchfield National Park. Travel by 4WD en-route to our private campsite in the Mary River region. This afternoon experience a private two hour cruise. Return to camp, where Wallabies roam free, the pool is inviting and it's your choice tonight for million star views in a swag, or a permanent tent. (LD)

Day 2: Mary River to Kakadu This morning, take the short journey into Kakadu National Park and the culturally significant Ubirr, located within the East Alligator region of the park. After lunch travel along a dirt road to Maguk (Barramundi Gorge). Following a short hike through monsoon forest and a rocky creek bed view the waterfall and cool off with a swim in the clear plunge pool. Travel to the private campsite at Cooinda. (BLD)

Day 3: Kakadu to Darwin Today adventure awaits. Rising early, travel into Twin Falls Gorge which is accessed by 4WD track, a boat shuttle service and a rocky walking track and boardwalk. There’s more four wheel driving as we make our way to Jim Jim Falls where a walk through monsoon forest and over boulders takes us to the waterfall and plunge pool which are surrounded by 150 metre cliffs. This afternoon, put your feet up and relax on the return journey to Darwin after three magical days of adventure, wildlife, rich in cultural history and natural beauty. (BL)

Visit the Warradjan Cultural Centre and view the informative displays depicting the traditions of the Aboriginal people in Kakadu. Stay the next two nights in Kakadu, choice of accommodation. (L)

Day 2: Jim Jim and Twin FallsTravel by 4WD to Jim Jim Falls car park from where it is a 900 metre bushwalk to the bottom of Jim Jim Falls. At the plunge pool there is time for swimming, relaxing and to enjoy the spectacular scenery and a leisurely picnic lunch. After exploring the Falls, board your boat to travel up the first part of the gorge, followed by a 45 minute walk. Relax and enjoy the spectacular scenery at the base of the Falls. (L)

Day 3: Kakadu to DarwinStop at Ubirr with a short walk to view Aboriginal rock art. Join the Guluyambi Cruise along the East Alligator River in search of Saltwater crocodiles. Accompanied by an Aboriginal guide and with special permission of the local people, you will be able to go ashore in Arnhem Land and visit the Bowali Visitor Centre. There is time for an optional 30 minute scenic flight over the Arnhem Land Escarpment (own expense), before returning to Darwin. (L)
