WHEREAS, the class of 1914 of the Northwestern University Dental School is desirous of organizing and founding a national honorary Greek letter fraternity similar to other honorary Greek letter fraternities now existing in the leading universities of the United States, but for dental students exclusively, admission and membership to which shall be based entirely upon scholarship and character as manifested by election of the faculty of the respective colleges in which said fraternity shall be organized, and …

RESOLVED, that the founders above named present their plans for the organization and foundation of the aforesaid fraternity to the faculty of the Northwestern University Dental School for the purpose of ascertaining their attitude and securing their aid, co-operation, advice and consent to the founding of said fraternity, and be it further resolved that copies of these resolutions, together with a brief draft of the proposed constitution of said fraternity, be delivered to the members of the faculty of Northwestern University Dental School, and be it further…
