To build generator from toy motorMaterials required :- wooden stand with nut & bolt, bent straw, metal strip, toy motor with small pulley, CD with big pulley, LED , sewing machine bobbin, flexi wire.

Procedure: 1) take a wooden stand with arm as shown below:

2) take big pulley with 2 CD’s sandwiched between the rubber foam

3) put bobbin as fat washer.

4)place the big pulley & lock it with nut as shown below:

5) note that the pulley must rotate freely.

6)fix 9-Volt toy motor with pulley with the help of metal strip.

7) place the rubberbands on the pulleys.

8)ensure smooth rotation.

9)fix led to the motor as shown:

10)rotate to light LED
