To all Massillon Tiger Season Ticket Holders,
Season tickets for the 2013 football season are up for renewal at this time.
Please read the enclosed information carefully as the Massillon City Schools will be
implementing a new ticketing system starting immediately.
With the new ticketing system, as another option, renewals will now be available
ONLINE. If you do not have access to a computer you can still mail your order and
check or pay at the Ticket Office with cash or a check. PLEASE NOTE: If purchasing
online or at the Ticket Office with a debit/credit card your purchase will include a
$1.00 per ticket convenience fee and a 4% surcharge. If you are mailing in a check,
paying cash or with a check at the Ticket Office, you do not have to pay these fees.
The Ticket Office will no longer be taking payments—all orders received must be
PAID IN FULL.
SEASON TICKET SALES WILL BEGIN MONDAY, APRIL 15, 2013 AND WILL CLOSE
FRIDAY, MAY 10, 2013.
With the addition of online ticket sales the Massillon City Schools hopes that this
process will be more convenient for you as a Massillon Tiger Fan. We once again look
forward to your support and another exciting football season. Go Tigers!

SEASON TICKETS
Season ticket sales will begin Monday, April 15, 2013 and will close Friday, May 10, 2013. To retain the
same seats your order must be received by Friday, May 10, 2013 with PAYMENT IN FULL. If the Ticket
Office receives your order after May 10, 2013 you are not guaranteed the same seats. Orders will be
mailed approximately the second week of August. Postage is now included with your order.
If you want to make any seat changes make a notation at the bottom of your order form. The Ticket Of-
fice will contact you about these changes the week of May 27th.

STUDENT SEASON TICKETS
Tickets are $20.00 each and are good for all home games during the season. Please list the student(s)
name and school(s) when ordering.
BOOSTER CLUB
A booster club membership order form is enclosed. The Ticket Office does not accept Booster Club pay-
ments. Please mail them to:

AWAY GAMES
Your order is filled according to the date it is received at the Ticket Office. If you wish to have tickets
together with someone else, please put the total number on one account. With the new ticketing system
we can no longer honor any requests that are not put on one account. Away game tickets will not be
included with your order you receive in August. They will be mailed to you the week before each
game. Please note: There is a limit of one ticket per season ticket for the McKinley game only.

ORDERING ONLINE
Go to www.massillonschools.org. Click on the link titled BUY TICKETS. You will then be taken to the
ticket office page. Select purchase tickets from the right column which will take you to the TickeTracker
login page.
You will not have a Username and Password so you will need to click on “New User”.
Enter a valid email address in the “Customer E-Mail” field and click “Search”.
Click on “Create New User Button”.
After clicking on “Create New User” you will be asked to select the “State” and “School” in which you are
purchasing the sports pass for. Then click the “Select” button.
Enter all of your information into the Customer Maintenance page.
First Name, Last Name, and an Email Address are required fields that must be completed to continue.
Once all required fields are completed, click the “Save” button. A Username and Password will be sent
to the Email Address provided.
Enter the Username and Password that you received via email from TickeTracker. The Username and
Password fields are both case sensitive.
After logging into the TickeTracker system you now have the ability to:
*Buy/Renew Passes *Buy Individual Tickets *View History
Click on the “Buy/Renew Pass” tab.
Enter your credit card information and click “Purchase”.
Your order will be mailed to you approximately the second week of August.

If you do not have access to a computer and would still like to continue renewing by mail or at
the Ticket Office, please return the enclosed order form along with your payment in full. Make
checks payable to: Massillon Board of Education. We also
