Personal Education Plans Must:
1) Describe personal, academic and career interests
2) Describe personal, educational, and career goals
3) Identify next steps for HS and beyond
4) Identify and plan courses and CRLEs
5) Provide Annual reflection of progress towards goals
Meaningful Articulation of PEPs Requires:
1. Thoughtful design in scope and sequence
2. Conversations between middle and high school staff, assuring quality articulation of activities
3. Staff knowledgeable in career development
4. Communication with students about the relevance of high school
