Now a days, aesthetic has become a major conscious sign of female. For this, cosmetics are products which are applied to the body or face to improve individual's appearance. It promotes attractiveness and alter appearance of the individual. As we all know that the concept of beauty and cosmetic is as old as mankind and civilization. Almost all the cosmetic products contain hazardous and poisonous chemicals like Sodium Laurth Sulphate, Phthalates, Fragrance Talcum, Parabens, Coal tar dye, some heavy metals eg, Lead, Arsenic, Nickel, Cadmium, and Mercury Mineral oil, Triethanolamine. Over a period of time, continuous use of these cosmetic products may lead to its accumulation in the body which may cause the deadly disease Cancer, angular chelitis, hair loss, allergies, the development and reproductive disorders. The use of cosmetics during pregnancy may cause very harmful effects not only on the mother but also on the developing foetus as it may cause defect in birth, defect in extremities, pre-mature delivery.
