    Training Evaluation Report

    1.Title of the Report

Maintain a Computer System and Networks

    2.Executive summary

The objective of this training is for the trainees to learn how to

maintain a computer system and Networks. Methods used were: giving self-checks,

task sheets, evaluating portfolio, oral questioning and demonstration on

Maintaining a computer system using different assistive devices. According to the

results of evaluations, both the training facilities and industry partner ranked

outstanding while the trainers evaluation, preparation, design and delivery; and

the institution ranked very good in the ratings. Therefore, the trainer was

competent in her role performance as facilitator.

    3.Rationale

To determine if CBT approach successfully improves the skills,

knowledge and attitude of trainees in Maintaining a computer

    system.

The purpose of evaluating the program is to measure its

effectiveness. Many training programs fail to deliver the expected

organizational benefits. A well-structured monitoring system can

help determine where the problem lies.

    4. Objectives

At the end of the module, the trainees must have the knowledge on

maintaining a computer system and be competent by achieving satisfactorily the

learning outcomes that is expected of them under this particular competency,

namely: Plan and prepare for the maintenance of computer systems and networks,

Maintain computer systems, Maintain network systems

portfolio, oral questioning and practical demonstration on how to assist

    in client/patient mobility

    6.Results and discussion

This is the body of the report. It should contain the following

    parts:

    Data interpretation

    Data analysis

    Conclusion

    7.Recommendation

It is recommended that the trainees especially the slow learners

should read and understand fully the CBLM and they are required

to familiarize and observe more on the different assistive devices

    for mobility.

For the industry and the institution, it is recommended to

review their program effectiveness, focus on their gap on how totrain trainees.
