tion. Each batch is strictly controlled: • Fatty acid profile

• Characteristic unsaponifiable compounds

• Low acid value

• Low peroxide value

• Infra-red spectrum fingerprint

• DNA authentication if necessary

All of our oils are packed in highly pro-tective, 100% air-tight, nitrogen blanketed

packaging. Shelf life ranges from 12 to 24 months.

In order to preserve the properties of these

oils and improve shelf life, Naturex has

also developed Olei-Protect™, a set of very innovative and natural antioxidant solutions. Available for the most fragile

oils, Olei-Protect™ provides at least twice as

much protection from oxidation.
