Purpose

This Job Aid provides you with a document that describes how to perform the task. You can print this document or save it to your local hard drive.

Procedure

1. Follow the steps below to complete the task:

4. Select the Pending Referrals menu item.

5. Click the Navigation Collapse icon to close the navigation panel.

Collapse the left navigation panel to aid in viewing the Pending Referrals page.

Your Primary County displays by default.

You will be able to filter the referrals by each county you are affiliated with.

For this activity, change the county to Adams County.

Use the Search icon to search for a specific Pending Referral in the list.

The Print icon allows you to download the Pending Referrals list to save locally and/or Print.

Use the horizontal scroll bar to view additional columns.

Use the vertical scroll bar to view additional Pending Referral records.


14. Column Sort and Filter Tools

All columns of the Pending Referrals queue can be sorted and filtered. The default sort is by Call Date with most recent call on top.

For the next activity, use the Sort icon (the double-headed white arrow) to sort by the Caller Name.

The Pending Referrals list is sorted alphabetically by Caller Name.

For the next activity, use the Filter icon (funnel) to find the records with the Caller Name Jetson.

The Hotline Supervisor will be able to Transfer or Assign a referral directly from the queue.

For this activity, click the check box for Referral ID 2845586 to begin.

The Hotline Supervisor will be able to Transfer a Pending Referral to another county.

To Transfer a Pending Referral to another county, first select a Recipient County from the drop-down list, and then add Comments.

The Transfer/Assign button will activate to transfer to the Recipient County.

The Hotline Supervisor will also be able to Assign a Pending Referral to another Primary Worker.

For this activity, select Iliya Test2 from the drop-down list.

Comments are required when transferring a Referral to a different county or assigning a referral to a different worker.

Click in the Comments text box to begin.

The Autofill menu displays with previous responses entered. Either type comments or select a previous response from the drop-down list.

For this activity, select the Comments Required menu item.

The Transfer/Assign button is now activated.

For this activity, click the Transfer/Assign button to Assign this Primary Worker to the Referral.

A message displays confirming your Transfer/Assign request.

For this activity, click the Yes button.

The Hotline Supervisor will be able to Transfer/Assign multiple referrals at once to the same county or recipient by selecting multiple checkboxes.

For this activity, the checkboxes for 2845586, 2845584, and 2845591 have been selected for you.

Click the Transfer/Assign button to open the Transfer/Assign window.

For this activity, the Recipient Primary Worker and Comments have been added for you.

Click the Transfer/Assign button to Assign the Primary Worker to all three (3) Pending Referrals.

You will be able to select a Pending Referral to open the details of the referral.

For this activity, select the Referral ID 2845586 link in the list.
