3. Guide ex-EPs through the TMP/TLP opportunities and induct them into activities

Learning & Development for oGCDP • What is it? Education (functional, managerial and AIESEC) and Coaching
(functional+personal) for oGCDP members for performance increase and personal development

1. Identify what knowledge and coaching you need for oGCDP
2. Prepare the timeline and topics for trainings/seminars
3. Educate Coaches about coaching for oGCDP

Engagement with AIESEC Database• What is it? It’s a database of all oGCDP applicants. VPTM can use this
database to promote AIESEC TMP/TLP opportunities for optimized (fast) recruitment

1. Download XLS file from Podio or G-Docs
2. Make a contact list “Engagement with AIESEC”
3. Send emails with promotion of TMP/TLP opportunities

Talent Planning for oGCDP• What is it? Planning of Human Resources (all TMP/TLP) that will work on
oGCDP project/processes
• How to make Talent Planning for oGCDP?
1. Identify the RE X goal for the peak
2. Count how many people you need to deliver this goal
3. Run Recruitment
4. Allocate people to TMP/TLP in oGCDP project
