private sector leaders are increasingly focusing on
multi-sector planning as an essential foundation
to support restoration and sustain affected
populations in extreme, “Black Sky” hazard
scenarios: Subcontinent-scale power outages
with cascading infrastructure failures.
On August 22, 2018, a remarkable range of
corporations, government agencies and NGOs
on three continents are partnering together in a
multi-sector exercise of unprecedented scale.
