 Colour  Colour

Do  you  ever  think  about  why  you  chose  the  clothes  you  are  wearing  today?  Or  why  you  decorate  the  way  you

do?  Or  even  why  you  like  that  special  picture?

Colour  can  influence  our  mood,  confidence,  energy  levels  and  even  our  level  of  motivation.

This  little  book  is  just  a  ‘taster’  on  the  benefits  that  colour  can  have  on  our  everyday  life
