Welcome to our 3rd annual bull sale. This is our 23rd year ofraising registered Red Angus cattle. TJS Red Angus is a familyran operation by Tim, Julie, and Cash Shick, Jim and Carlene Shick,and Steve and Tammie Haug and their boys Tanner, Taylor, andLaramie. We are very proud of our family and feel blessed to all beworking together in this environment. Also in this offering wehave a group of bulls from Lee Ranches in Hansen, Idaho. Theyhave been great customers and friends over the years. Their bullsselling are very stout and a little bit older and are verycomplimentary to our program. They are out of the same sires weuse. We know you will like them.

Over the years we have always strived to raise cattle that aremoderate, thick, and have good carcass traits as well as greatmaternal strength and good dispositions. Our cattle are run on all native range in the foot hillsof the Big Horn Mountains. We think that is what you will find in this group of bulls we haveto offer. This year is the first year to offer bulls from our up and coming herd sire TJS BerryCherry 8801. They are definitely our type of bulls. Wait until you see them as a group. Wecan’t pick a favorite one! The bulls are ready for all environments. We feel very confident thatwe have a very solid, sound, and functional set of bulls ready for your inspection on April 5th.

Obviously we don’t do all this alone. Seth Leachman does the sales management, all theads, catalog, and pictures and we can’t THANK him enough for all his help and friendship. JimLeachman took a ton of pictures this year also. We sure had a couple of fun days working withJim and THANK him very much. We had our bulls feed this year with Travis Rule at RuleLivestock LLC in Buffalo, WY and he has done an outstanding job. His professionalism,

knowledge, and attention to details have developedthe bulls to be sound and functional geneticpackages. We THANK him and his crew for allthey have done.

BUY A PAGE OF BULLS...

The bulls were specifically lotted in meaningfulgroups of similar bulls and paternal brothers.With the exception of the bulls designated asherdbulls , we will allow the bidder to purchasethese groups at the same price as the initial bullthey purchase on that page. For instance, Lots16 and 17 are on the same page. If you pur-chase Lot 16, you have the option on Lot 17 atthe same price!

SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS1.BIDDINGThe Auctioneer in charge will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision onsuch matters shall be final.2.TERMSTerms of sale are cash unless satisfactory credit arrangements have been madewith Sale Management prior to sale.3.PURCHASER’S RISKEach animal becomes the risk of the Buyer as soon as sold, but it shall be theobligation of the Seller to see that animals are fed and cared for free of charge toBuyer, until loaded for shipment or until the expiration of 48 hours after the sale,whichever occurs sooner.4. HEALTHAll animals are eligible for interstate shipment, except as otherwise announced.Interstate health papers will be furnished for each animal requiring tuberculosisand brucellosis tests in accordance with Federal Regulations.5.ANNOUNCEMENTSAny changes from information of any kind in this catalog will be announced fromthe auction box and such announcements shall take precedence.6. DEFAULTIn the event the Buyer defaults on payment, the Buyer shall be responsible for allcosts, including attorney’s costs, incurred by Sale Management or Seller inconnection with collecting, or attempting to collect, payment due.7. BREEDING GUARANTEEAll animals are guaranteed by the seller as outlined in the Red Angus Associa-tion of America Code of Ethical Sale Practices.8. CONTRACTThe above terms and conditions of sale shall constitute a contract between thebuyer and seller of each animal and shall be equally binding upon both. Each saleor resale of an animal constitutes a seperate transaction.9. LIABILITIESAll persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. The seller, the salemanager, and the auction facility assume no liability for accidents that mayoccur. It is to be clearly understood that the sale manager and their representa-tives act only as a medium between the buyer and seller.
