In a career spanning more than twenty-five years, Jerry (that’s me) has been a senior executive/creative director at many national and international advertising agencies, including Grey (NY), Ketchum (NY), BBDO (NY & LA), Digitas (MA) and RTC (DC).
Nationally recognized as a leading developer and creator of highly effective, award -winning consumer and business-to-business advertising for a diverse group of clients, Jerry has a considerable background in both direct response and general advertising. He has been involved in developing complex, multi-layered, multi-media programs for a wide variety of clients, including General Motors, Federal Express, John Hancock Insurance, Aetna, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Microsoft, IBM, the Fleet Financial Group, Coldwell Banker, UniLever, United Parcel Service, Sprint, Johnson & Johnson, MasterCard, Colgate-Palmolive, AARP and Bally Lifefitness.
A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME
In the non-profit area he has served clients as diverse as the American Red Cross, the W.M. Keck Foundation, the United Nations and (most recently) the American Philatelic Society. His 75th anniversary campaign for the Long Beach Chapter of the American Red Cross won national recognition and many awards – including the ARC award for best local campaign.
Jerry helped create a highly effective fundraising, branding and membership acquisition campaign for the American Philatelic Society, the world’s premier stamp collecting association and the Hunterdon Hospital Regional Cancer Care Center in Hunterdon, NJ. In addition, for more than twenty years Jerry was a nationally recognized political media consultant.
Recently he was responsible for the creation of an award-winning, incredibly successful re-introductory campaign for the Lap Band Gastric Banding System—a medical device designed to help morbidly obese individuals lose weight.
