THE PROBLEM

Connecting to business hot-spots (i.e. coffee shops, bars, airports) is a hassle for the consumer & is a costly service for the business to provide.

VALIDATION- 47.7 million hotspots worldwide by 2014.- We have approached numerous businesses about

implementing our solution. The feedback has been overwhelming:- Working towards a pilot program with Rodizio Grill (16 restaurants in

high traffic areas)- Koury Group (Hotel Management Group)

- Further validation in testing will be possible with the initial product.- Testing authentication and traffic based bandwidth using tools like

iperf.

OUR SOLUTION

MILESTONES- Once we have a functioning product, we have a deal to

put it in Trolley Square and make revenue immediately.- For a functional product we need:

- A secure ad server implementation on tive-usa.com

- Final firewall and network scripts for the linux box. - If we have security and bandwidth regulation in place,

then Rodizio will move to put our solution in their restaurants nationally.

THE ASKWeb Server Programming- If we can raise $1000 (quoted) for a secure ad-server backend,

then we can serve businesses custom static, video, or html ads.Linux Box Programming- With $1000 (quoted) we can hire someone to finish the

programming we can’t do on the linux boxes, and have a functional prototype.

10 Linux Boxes with extra ethernet port - With $599.90, we can buy 10 linux boxes / cases / and eth1 ports

so that we can quickly approach multiple businesses and scale accordingly.
