This film was about a high school basketball team and them trying to win the national championship. This was also about where the basketball career of Lebron James started. I choose to watch this because Lebron James is of my favourite N.B.A players. I also chose to watch this because basketball is my favourite sport.

One interesting thing is that even though in this film Lebron has more star power

than the rest of the team, the still worked very well as a team. This was interesting because Lebron was the star of the team but they all treated each other the same

My opinion on this is that in every sports team there is always one person that stands out but it is important to remember that the team is a strong as their weakest link. A quote about this interesting thing is ‘After I saw that game i realized my team needed me’ ( Lebron James)

This quote means that when the teams star player ‘ Lebron James’ did not play and the team almost lost their perfect record he knew he had to do anything to play again. I can relate to this because when i played year 9 basketball we lost our star player for three games and we lost them all and he knew he had to do anything to get back on that court

My opinion I have about this idea is that even no one player does not make a team. When your star player isn’t there your whole game falls to pieces. I think this because when our star player wasn’t there our whole game was out of sync. We needed him back and fast when we got him back we went back to our winning ways.

When making this movie, the director was trying to show that every team has a star player but one player does not make a team.

One way he achieved this message was by saying even though Lebron won’t be playing this week we can still win this we are a great team. A quote that shows this his purpose is ‘we are champions we can do this’.

This quote means that even no they haven’t won a championship yet they call themselves a championship team. They no they are worthy of a championship the just haven’t done it yet. This made me think about how my basketball team from last didn’t not win the championship we knew we could have taken out the championship because we had the skills and the heart.

The message the director was trying to show was that every player is important in a team not just the star player.

. I think that everyone in a team has a role to play no matter how big or small it maybe.
