e TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. The Manufacturer or its authorized agent may participate in bid, copy of authorization certificate should be provided on OEM letter headpad

2. Bidder will ensure and give certificate that OEM of Vibrator will be responsible to give all necessary interface or cables/ boxes like lift boxbreak out box or any other panels to hook up with VE464 and Vibpro HD systems or their latest models.

3. Bidder will ensure and give certificate from OEM to provide necessary cables/software/ protocol or any other hardware required to hook upelectronics in vibrator and work with Sercel428XL and INOVA G3! Seismic Data Acquisition Systems and their onward Seismic Data ~Acquisition Systems. I

4. The manufacturer/ Bidder must have sold Minimum 100 Nos of seismic vibrators to well renowned intelnational geophysical companiesacquiring Seismic Data with Address, telephone No. and email must be provided for cross confirmation. \

5. The manufacturer / Bidder must provide the 05 satisfactory performance certificates of Vibrators from world renowned different E & P \

geophysical companies (Certificate must possess date, address, e-mail, year of purchase etc with authentic sale record for confirmation).6. Complete technical bid should be submitted in all respects, with detailed technical English literature and provide compliance sheet with bid.7. Manufacturer must have minimum 10 years' experience of manufacturing the Vibrators (experience will be considered from first sale of

Ivibrators for which bidder must provide evidence of sale contract along with the bid).

8. Bidder will ensure and give certificate from OEM for Technical support and supply of spare parts and Service for minimum 10 years forboth vibrators and vibrator control electronics. Local OEM representative will also be responsible in this regard (please provide certificatefrom bidder on original letter head pad)

9. Third party Pre- shipment inspection will be conducted as per OGDCL procedure at manufacturer's works (at customer's account). 02 No.professionals from indenting department will witness the inspection at bidder's cost.

10. Cost / Price of Mechanical Spares will not be considered in financial evaluation of main equipment and it must not exceed 10% of total. price of main equipment.
