Now boarding for a fresh fashion tour with TISSU PREMIER PREMIÈRE VISION The fabric trade show for European distribution and chain stores will be calling at the Halls de la Filature, in Saint André-lez-Lille on 25 and 26 November. Nearly 80 exhibitors from Europe and Turkey will be making the trip, showcasing a complementary and well-balanced offer. In their luggage they will bring the latest fabrics, prints, designs and textile accessories, to boost the collections of major labels at the cutting edge of fashion. Based in the countries of northern Europe and the Lille metropolis, they will complete the last capsule collections of Summer 16, strengthen the positions taken for Autumn-Winter 16/17, and kick off the prospects for Summer 17. The knitted, printed and yarn-dyed ranges that are mainly designed for small items promise to offer scintillating diversity. The selection of drape, woollen and silk finishes, which are more popular for outerwear, will satisfy the womenswear market as well as the casual menswear and junior sectors that is currently experiencing rapid changes. Here, the driving force is not the season, but the new products – exhibitors are selected by Première Vision, guarantor of their savoir-faire, their quality, proximity and their capacity to adapt to the fast pace of the markets. In addition to our essential and loyal exhibitors (Créations Robert Vernet, KBC, Miroglio Lana, Acar, Tiss et Teint, Deveaux, Sprintex, Yekpa Tekstil and Velysam/Maille Helena) we also find some new names (Ornek, Hantas, Pakipex, and Kimtex). Building on its success, the show has once again selected the Halls de la Filature as its final destination. A former spinning mill, this historically-charged site is filled with light and is a very convivial place to meet, earning unanimous approval from visitors and exhibitors at the June edition. A fleet of shuttle buses will be available to transport visitors from the Lille Europe and Lille Flanders railway stations. The style bureaux will join the movement with a series of conferences on trends and markets. Constantly on the lookout for new items and caught up in the frantic pace of collections, labels have sometimes neglected core products, focusing on more fast-fashion pieces. Peclers Paris invites them to put these essential items back at the heart of their collection plan. The Nelly Rodi style bureau will look at the 10 highlights of Autumn Winter 16-17 and will introduce the early trends for Summer 17. The fashion teams from Première Vision will present the results of the Best surveys of more than 300 exhibitors at Première Vision Fabrics, a concentrated look at buyer preferences in terms of colours, materials, and styles for Autumn Winter 16-17. For more than 30 years, this local show with international dimensions has forged a link with the leading northern European distributors. Appreciated by buyers from chain stores and fashion labels, this first date in the calendar plays a key role in building the next collections and working on immediate orders.
