• Read / Online “Hot” topics about Maternity/ Midwifery/ Ethics/ General female health issues/Empowering women(royal wedding)
• Watch TV programmes – One born every minute/Call the Midwife – but have questions about the programmes – how care has altered/ Statistics (LSCS v Home birth) Choices/ Consent/ Ethics
• Online professional Organisations – NMC/RCM/RCN/Unison
• Government web sites – CQC/ MBRRACE/ Reports – Morecambe bay
• New Sciences – Optimal cord clamping/ Microbiome
• Charity or consumer webs sites - Mumsnet

• What is the biggest challenge for a new student midwife/ newly qualified Midwife

• Why did you become a midwife
• Better to have them written down and even if already answered show that you have prepared some questions.
