Biography
• Man Ray was born as Emmanuel Radnitzky on August 27, 1890. He was a Jewish immigrant from Russia and, him and his family moved to Brooklyn where he was born. He moved to Paris, France in 1921 and spent most of his time photographing there. Man Ray was an abstract painter but later became more of a photographer.
• Education: After finishing high school in 1908, Man Ray studied drawing at the ferrer center in new york. His work was influenced by Alfred Stieglitzs and Duchamp. They both had an unusual artistic style and that’s what lead to his work.

I really like this photo. It has an old time feel to it and reminds me of a dark time in the 30s.
