This manual contains a parts list for service and repair of the Transit 1-Way Tipper.
The manual has been prepared on the basis of the latest specifications at the timeof publication. If modifications have been made to the vehicle subsequent to theinitial build, differences may exist between the content of this manual and thevehicle being repaired.
Illustrations in this manual are used to show the parts schematically and may appeardifferent to those fitted on the vehicle.
This manual should be used for ordering spare parts only and is not intended as aservice manual.
Servicing and repairs should only be carried out by competent persons who haveenough knowledge, skills and tools, capable of servicing the Tipper bodywork andits associated systems and components.
Queries regarding servicing and repair should be directed to VFS Ltd. using thecontact details shown in the Ordering of Spare Parts section of this manual.
Untrained and inexperienced personnel or personnel without the proper tools and equipment, must not attempt to service or
repair the Tipper bodywork, including its associated Hydraulic andElectrical systems. Improper repair may result in injury and mayrender the vehicle unsafe.

Body type and serial number. This information is stamped on the TipperID plate which is riveted to the left hand side subframe member.
The part number followed by its description and the quantity requiredcan be identified from the following pages.
Reference to left and right apply to the vehicle in terms of its forwarddirection of movement.
