Tiny House Project

Urban Style
This style highly emphasizes natural stones, wood features,
and bronze accents. The open concept highlights distinct
movement through the space with minimal interruptions.
With a mixture of all natural tones and steel features, the
use of the space flows well together.
Outdoor IncorporationsTo incorporate the outdoors,
we would create a natural
wood staircase with restored
wood pieces. We will also
include a feature wall that is
textured with different sized
stones. Lastly, we will provide
a rough edge countertop that
will be used to resemble the
similarities of rocks and
boulders. These familiar
elements are among the few
of the things that nature
provides.
Architectural Multipurpose Space
We would provide a
staircase that would lead
up to the lofted section
of the tiny house. The
under side of the stairs
would be very useful for
more storage space.
Architectural Multipurpose Space
This large built-in provides
many different uses.
Initially, it serves the use
of a TV stand. It is also a
confined closet space for
both shoes and clothing.
Finally, this unique piece
implements a twin size bed
that is slightly hidden,
therefore it still appears as
a decorative item.
Architectural Multipurpose Space
Although in this picture,
the table seems to be free-
standing, we would like to
create an architectural
piece connected to the
wall. The top section
folds up when not in use
while the wine coolers
slide together to rest
against the wall.
Non-architectural Multipurpose Space
This particular piece
serves many
different functions.
It can be used a
sectional seating area
in more that one
arrangement, dining
table, as well as a
twin sized bed for
guests.
Non-architectural Multipurpose Space
This unique piece of furniture
provides two different uses. It can
be taken apart to become a bench
for additional seating that can
become flush with the shelving
unit when not needed for use.
Non-architectural Multipurpose Space
To tend to our small fireplace
within the tiny house, this
piece of furniture can be used
as additional seating as well as
extra storage for wood.
Tiny House Study
Winery owners, Jared and Allie Boyle
have decided to construct tiny homes
on their property for people to buy
out and own. 2 teams of builders go
head to head to each built a tiny
home in 10 days for a couple looking
to buy a property on the winery.
Unique Design
This tiny house had many unique
aspect about it. First of all it had
wine on tap. This wine on tap is
made out of a urinal. Another
unique section of this house home
had a murphy bed that was outside
and underneath of this bed were
two bathtubs (hottubs). The
stove/oven was also taken from
Allie and Jared’s first travel trailer.
Multipurpose Space Through Architectural
Elements
One of the many multipurpose built-ins
in this tiny house includes the drop
down table. The wheel is attached to a
chain which turns and lowers the table
down. This becomes very convenient to
put up when not in use to create more
space in the tiny house. It is also a piece
of art.
Multipurpose Space Through Non-
Architectural Elements
This bed is a non-architectural
multipurpose design because
it is a murphy bed that has
two hot tubs hidden from
view underneath of it. These
hot tubs are facing the
vineyard, providing the
relaxation with a nice view as
well.
