1. Using a small amount of cleanser (about the size of a pea) and water, create a rich lather and massage over face and neck. Rinse well with a warm wet wash cloth. Avoid eye area.

2. Draw an imaginary line down the center of your face. Smooth some of the Serum on only one side of your face and neck using an upward and outward motion. This will be your “pampered side” for the rest of the facial.

Demonstrating the TimeWise Repair

1) Massager on Eye Cream has a Surgical Steel Enswell (the cooling effect reduces puffiness!)

! ! • *Volu Firm Eye Renewal Cream: R & D thinking outside the box with applicator.  The metal ball is: zamac metal / Enswell, sometimes called an Eye Iron, End-swell, Endswell, Stop-swell or No-swell, is a small smooth piece of thick metal. It is kept in the ice bucket and is used to cool the area of a bruise or a cut by applying direct pressure to decrease the blood flow to the area. The idea being that the cold will cause capillaries to constrict and reduce the flow of blood to the swelling.Apply the eye cream using the tube as the “massager” will reduce the puffiness!!!

! ! Show the tube to your customers explaining how to use the massager, however squeeze the actual eye cream into their tray for them to try on their eyes. DO NOT LET ANYONE use the tube on their own eye for sanitary reasons.

2) Dispensing the day cream or night treatment from the jars: Using two fingers press down where there are two indentions for your fingers. When the cream pops into the using either a qtip or a Mary Kay spatula (found on section 2) put the cream into your client’s tray. DO NOT touch this product with your fingers. SANITARY please!!!
