Here’s a day planner for you to use. It has been designed for a 12 week planning system.

Why 12 Weeks?

The answer is both simple and revealing. There are 4 — 12 week cycles within a year, leaving you with 1 full month for vacation, for a total of 52 weeks. Plus you have 2 days off every week, for a total of 126 days off per year.

Do You Need To Do 4 Cycles Per Year?

It all depends upon your income goals. If you are satisfied with the in- come you earn over one 12 week cycle… great…. then just do the one 12 week cycle.

That’s Why I Designed It To Be 12 Weeks!

This gives you the flexibili ty to run your business as you see fit. All you need to do is decide the kind of income you want to earn and then do the number of cycles that is required to earn that income.

Your 1st Month Checkup!

Now it’s time to take inventory before going into your second month. What we want to do is make sure you are doing the activities that are bringing you the greatest success. Then we want to cut back on those activities that are not helping you to make money.

Prospecting Checkup

Of the various prospecting varieties you did this month place them in the order that produced the greatest results for you in terms of listings and buying ends.

Example:

Let’s say you did FSBO, Neighbors To A Listing, Farming, and Expired Listing prospecting during month one. What you want to do is place these 4 varieties into their highest to lowest ranking.

Then…

When you discover which type produced the greatest result you will want to make sure in planning for month two you manage your time by applying it accordingly.

So in month two you will want to invest time according to these percentages. You would not want to invest 40% of your time into farming since it only pro- duced 10% of your results.

Your 2nd Month Checkup!

Now it’s time to take inventory before going into your third month. What we want to do is make sure you are doing the activities that are bringing you the greatest success. Then we want to cut back on those activities that are not helping you to make money.

Prospecting Checkup

Of the various prospecting varieties you did this month place them in the order that produced the greatest results for you in terms of listings and buying ends.

Example:

Let’s say you did FSBO, Neighbors To A Listing, Farming, and Expiry prospect- ing during month one. What you want to do is place these 4 varieties into their highest to lowest ranking.

Then…

When you discover which type produced the greatest result you will want to make sure in planning for month two you manage your time by applying it accordingly.

40% Next Expiry 30% Next Neighbors To A Listing 20% Lowest Farming 10%

So in month three, you will want to invest time according to these percentages. You would not want to invest 40% of your time into farming since it only pro- duced 10% of your results.

Now it’s time to take inventory before going into your next 12 week cycle. What we want to do is make sure you are doing the activities that are bringing you the greatest success. Then we want to cut back on those activities that are not helping you to make money.

Prospecting Checkup

Of the various prospecting varieties you did this month place them in the order that produced the greatest results for you in terms of listings and buying ends.

Example:

Let’s say you did FSBO, Neighbors To A Listing, Farming, and Expired Listing prospecting during month one. What you want to do is place these 4 varieties into their highest to lowest ranking.

Then…

When you discover which type produced the greatest result for you, you will want to make sure that in planning for month two that you manage your time by applying it accordingly.

Example: Month 1: Rank Activity Result

Highest:

FSBOs:

40% Next Expiry 30% Next Neighbors To A Listing 20% Lowest Farming 10%

So in your next 12 week cycle, you will want to invest time according to these percentages. You would not want to invest 40% of your time into farming since it only produced 10% of your results.
