Phase 1:
Quantitative Online Survey: 2nd September – 27th September 2013 • Global consumers are adults over the age of eighteen. Online interviews in in seventeen countries – the US, Brazil,

• Business Decision Makers have responsibility and decision making authority for at least one department within a
