To assist Hispanic-Serving Institutions—
• Develop and carry-out activities that improve and expand their capacity to serve Hispanic and other low-income students

Priority given to applications that:Increase the number of students attaining degrees in the fields of science, technology, engineering, or mathematics, andDevelop model transfer and articulation agreements between 2-year HSIs and 4-year institutions in such fields
