Tiger Town is an independent, not-for-profit entity whose goal is to create a destination game day area that serves as a

congregation point for fans before and after SEC football games. All Tiger Town proceeds will be put to supporting and marketing

    the event.

The CID is offering input on logistical aspects of the eventas we do with all events that occur in The Districtbut the CID is not

    the organizer of the event.

Tiger Town organizers have asked us to survey CID members to help guide their planning efforts. Please take a moment to fill out

the following survey and we will pass along the results to the Tiger Town organizers.

Tiger Town is designed to create a marketing effort that will focus on catching the interest of visitors with

an entertaining fun fan zone (Eighth Street between Elm and Broadway) and then have them dispersethroughout downtown with the goal of moving them in an expeditious, orderly fashion (busses and trail) to

and from the game. Volunteer Tiger Ambassadors will act as community / university host in a hospitality

area for SEC fans and throughout Tiger Town. The appeal will be for all demographics including a family

area venue with multiple activities for kids.
