Afew years ago, when the editor of InsideKung-Fu asked me to write an article entitled,“10 Minutes A Day That Will Change YourLife,” I was not prepared. But a lot has hap-pened since then.

For the last 10 years, my tai chi student, Larry, hasbeen has compiling notes and collecting instructionalmaterial we hope to include in a training manual. This

wished I could have been taught.I began teaching my Tidal Wave Chi Kung system in

1983. I’ve had thousands of students from all walks of life.Concise, simple, organized and powerful, my step-by-stepapproach has workedmiracles for those whohave experienced itsaffects.People with no previ-

ous experience havebeen able to quickly cul-tivate their chi and createtheir “internal vacuum.”The Daily Practice Rou-tine only takes 28 min-utes to perform whenfollowing the video.

They WereWrongEveryone told me I was

of times.I did not create my chi kung

system just for high-ranking mas-ters only. I created it for everyone, regardless of previous experience. At the time of its inception, manychi kung seminars and bookswere available, but most turnedout to be a waste of time. After many requests for more,

bigger and additional materials, Icreated and began teaching myMind Light Nei Kung Program. Myprograms have always been avail-able on video, DVD, via privateinstruction and group workshops. But there is something new on

the horizon. Ten years after I cre-ated my Mind Light Nei Kung Pro-gram I am unveiling The Nei KungBible.Condensing Breathing is the first

ally take only a few hours. Take your time and take itslow; practice like you have the rest of your life toaccomplish something. If circulating chi and cultivating internal power is so

important, how come nobody ever writes about it, talksabout it or teaches it?That’s because most ofthe internal martialartists are confusedabout the concepts andwhat steps need to betaken to become “inter-nal.” This article repre-sents internal kung-fupractice as it relates toyour internal vacuum.

Raising Self-EsteemIt goes by the name

Condensing Breathing,The Stickman, and iteffects everything fromraising your core tem-perature to increasingyour metabolism; frommodulating your immunesystem and curing backpain to ending depres-sion. It even helps raiseyour deservingness. Inmy workshop, I special-
