WSF PRIORITY SEATING

Season tickets in certain locations of Redbird Arena require a per-seat gift to the Weisbecker Scholarship Fund (WSF). The WSF is the annual fund that helps provide scholarships to over 400 Redbird student-athletes. Your per-seat gift will not be included in the season ticket cost and will vary upon location. A WSF gift of $250 will provide you with a donor parking pass in a lot in close proximity of Redbird Arena. All WSF gifts for seating and parking are 80% tax deductible.

**Only Illinois State University graduates within five years of the upcoming basketball season (December 2012 - Present) may purchase up to two Young Alumni season tickets. Additional season tickets can be purchased at the Public price. Upper Bowl seating is limited to sections FF and GG. Lower Bowl seating is limited to sections H, Q, R, S, and T in the $125 donation seats. Young Alumni may donate $50 to the Weisbecker Scholarship Fund and receive a $200 credit to be eligible for these sections and receive a parking pass. Any Lower Bowl seat outside of these sections requires full payment.

GROUP BENEFITSGROUP TICKETS

All parking lots for ISU Basketball open three (3) hours before tipoff. Single-game parking passes for designated lots are $10 per car. Season ticket holders who contribute a minimum donation of $250 to the WSF are eligible for donor parking for all home basketball games, including home postseason games. Complimentary parking is available at the Motorcycle Safety Lot located west of Weibring Golf Club on Gregory Street. A bus provides transportation to and from Redbird Arena, before and after the game.

WHERE IS WILL CALL?Public will call and ISU coaches’ guests is located at the North Entrance of Redbird Arena. Student-athlete, visiting team, and the player guest/recruit will call is located at the West Entrance of Redbird Arena.

HOW CAN I GET ACCESSIBLE SEATING?

WHEN DOES THE TICKET OFFICE OPEN ON GAME DAY?The North Entrance ticket office is open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm. For weekend games, the North Entrance ticket office will open four (4) hours prior to tip-off. The East, South and West Entrances open one (1) hour prior to tip-off.

HOW AND WHEN MAY I ENTER REDBIRD ARENA?Entrances to Redbird Arena will open 60 minutes prior to the game and fans may enter at any entrance.

I LOST MY TICKET. WHERE DO I GO?Fans with lost tickets may report to the North Entrance ticket office of Redbird Arena.

Accessible seating is available for any patron who is in need. Fans can either purchase any available accessible seating or exchange a ticket at our customer service table located on the concourse by the North Entrance on a first-come, first-served basis.
