Whereas, SDPO Atholi vide his office letter No.SDA/2015/673 dated 28.03.2015 served the charge sheet upon you and also directed you to reply the charge sheet with in a period of 07 days otherwise ex-parte deci- sion would be taken against you. Whereas, Lines Officer DPL Kishtwar was directed by enquiry officer to depute you in the office of SDPO Atholi for facing the departmental enquiry. Lines Officer DPI Kishtwar vide his signal No.400-01/DPL dated 12.06.2015 informed that you were running absent w.e.f 14.04.2015. Whereas, during the course of enquiry the enquiry officer directed you through a number of wireless messages which inter-alia include message No. 1. SDA/15/1277-79 dated 24-06-2015 2. Accordingly an attendance notice was served upon you through Head constable Ravinder Singh No. 97/Ktr of DFL Kishtwar and the same was got noted by you in presence of two witnesses namely Parameet Singh S/O Harnam Singh R/O Simbal W.No.01 RS. District Development Commissioner Samba, Sushma Chouhan was the Chief Guest on the occasion who inaugurated the plantation drive. During the drive about 40,000 plants of different species including flowers, ornamen- tal and fruit plants were planted. The major part of the drive was carried out by RDD, Education, Health, ICDS, IWMP and Transport department at the identified loca- tions like Panchayat Ghar, Anganwari Centres, health centres, CFCs, educational institutions, road side, canal plantation and ponds. Speaking on the occasion, the DDC urged the participants to plant more and more trees to save the environment from global warming, pollution and other anti-environmental effects. "Such initiatives would bring major relief to the environment besides it also main- tain the ecological balance", the DDC main- tained. She asked the students to aware the society regarding the importance of green gold and making the Samba town green and clean. A power point presentation was given regarding scrutiny, filling up of nomina- tions, rejection of nominations, qualifica- tion of nominations and completion of polling process till the conclusion of the declaration of the results. STATE TIMES NEWS RAMBAN: A training programme wasorganised on Wednesday for ReturningOfficers (ROs), Assistant ReturningOfficers (AROs) Nodal Officers/Zonal andSector Magistrates to update them aboutthe forthcoming Municipal Elections(ME).

The training was held under the chair-manship of District DevelopmentCommissioner Ramban, Showkat AijazBhat who is also the District ElectionOfficer (DEO).

District Level Master Trainers ACRRamban Vevaik Puri and SDM RamsooViqar Giri besides Master Trainers sensi-tised the participants about Model Code ofConduct, Nomination Process, Scrutiny ofNomination Forms, Withdrawal ofCandidature and Allotment of Symbols.

Meanwhile, the DEO called upon the con-cerned officers to stay prepared well beforethe polls. He asked the officers to performtheir duties with utmost dedication andstrictly adhere to the guidelines of ECI forsmooth conduct of Municipal polls.
