Principles of Hospitality and Tourism

The parents of Freshmen students should be proud. Your students are well on their way to earning a Job and

Career Readiness Certification.

Culinary Arts

Thank you to all the parents, teachers and students that participated in the Lab.

Nutrition and Wellness students.

Ask these students about their project concerning grains and legumes. We learned some interesting infor-

mation about the food we eat.

Parents please remember the Field Trip for FCS. All students must have their ticket and lunch paid for by

February 28, 2017. $17 pays for both. The trip will be on May 16, 2017, all day to Scarborough Faire in Waxa-

hachie. Checks can be made out to Tolar FCCLA. Students that do not go on the Field trip will have an as-

signment left at the school that will be due that day.
