    TRINITYHOUSE SCHOOLS

    CONDITIONS CONCERNING FEES

    1. A Schedule of Fees, and extra fees of the School applicable, is annexed and forms portion of these conditions.2. All fees and other charges are payable to and recoverable by the Board of Trinityhouse Schools.3. (a) Immediately on the acceptance of a pupil, or before his/her entry into the School if within a shorter period, a deposit, as

    determined by the Board, shall be payable. Thereafter, if the pupil does not enter the School as agreed, the Board shall be

    entitled to retain the deposit.

    4. Each months fees and extra fees are payable in advance against accounts rendered on or before the first day of the month. TheBoard will be entitled to charge interest on all overdue accounts at a rate of 2% above the rate charged by the Schools bank ersfrom time to time. In the event of accounts for one term not being paid by the start of the following term, the pupil whose

    accounts are unpaid may not return to the School until such time as the accounts are paid in full.

    5. The Board may in its sole discretion grant refunds, and make changes or adjustments of fees, but there shall be no entitlement toany rebate of fees if the pupil is absent for any portion of a term owing to illness or any other cause.

    6. Once the pupil has entered the School, a clear terms notice of withdrawal must be given to the Headmaster in writing. If suchnotice is not given timeously, a full terms fees at the rate applicable for the next succeeding term shall be paid in lieu thereof.

    7. The School shall be entitled to instruct its attorneys to attend to the collection of any overdue accounts and the parent shall beliable for payment of all costs so incurred, on the scale as between attorney and own client, including collection commissions,

    whether legal proceedings are instituted by the Schools attorneys or not.

    8. The Board reserves the right upon giving not less than one terms notice to parent, to vary these conditions (including the fees,extra fees and deposit) from time to time in its entire discretion. The failure by the Council to enforce any terms or conditions of

    the contract between the School and the parent shall not constitute a waiver of its rights.

    This indemnity is subject to the provisions of section 103 of the said Act. Should section 103 be repealed, this

    indemnity will automatically be extended to the field of liability dealt with in that section.
