Dr. Ranganayakulu, is a Harvard alumnus and a Professor at Administrative Staff College of India(ASCI), Hyderabad. After several assignments at the UN in India and Afghanistan setup an NGO –Volunteers for Rural Health, Education, and Information Technology(THRIVE) with an objective of providing lighting services to the poor. A small incident in war ravaged Afghanistan triggered this decision while he was working there
