The Tools

The National gallery of Australia had a challenge – to accurately and quickly

communicate the waiting time for entry into masterpieces from Paris Exhibition

The answer was to use twitter as an NGA queue watch. This communicated

realistic entry times and showed people it didn’t take “4 hrs to get in”.

Anyone can blog and become a content publisher. This is creating a shift in

The ownership of the message away from the media and into the public sphere.

Linked In is a professional networking and CV tool. Many businesses are using

this for socially enabled recruiting.
