Joined the company as a Controller for Saint Gobain BTI, a $100 million fabrics manufacturer in Brunswick, Maine. The company was acquired by Owens Corning and I was promoted to Finance and Purchasing Manager, North America with oversight of 4 manufacturing plants.

After a successful overseas assignment, I was promoted to Manager of Cost Accounting for a marine subsidiary in Sarasota, Florida.
