PRELUDE Piere a Notre Dame by Leon Boellmann Largo by Henry Purcell Mitchell Jerko, Guest Organist

RINGING OF THE BELL

*HYMN #32 I Sing the Mighty Power of God

*UNISON PRAYER OF CONFESSION Rev. Kati Collins

Minister: I said I will confess my transgressions unto the Lord.

People: And Thou forgave my sins.

Minister and People: In a world where faith means different things to different

people, we pray, O God, that our faith be made known to others in a way that

pleases You. We confess, O Lord, our willingness to sacrifice our time and talents

for things that make little difference in the end instead of the things that matter in

the end. Help us to set our pursuits on Creations’s grace and Christ’s love, so that

we may pursue a path of purpose and peace that reveals the sacrifice of the cross in

the sacredness of life. We pray this in Your name. Amen.
