Guy Grossi is globally recognised as a leading Australian chef and food personality. For more than 20 years he has owned and managed numerous renowned Melbourne restaurants. He is devoted to his beloved Grossi Florentino; the aesthetically inspiring Mirka at Tolarno Hotel, Melbourne; and newly opened Grossi Trattoria in Bangkok. All three establishments uphold the Grossi heritage and values that have secured them international acclaim.
