www.gmearnPOWER.com website from April 3, 2012, to May 7, 2012, for eligible retail deliveries from April 3, 2012, to April 30, 2012.

• Spins will only be awarded upon confirmed verification of all of the following:– The claimant’s employing dealership (BAC) is currently enrolled in 2012 MOE.– The claimant’s GMIN is currently valid for the employing dealership (BAC).– The VIN claimed has not already been claimed by previous participant. One spin per qualifying VIN.– A valid customer delivery record (CDR) with an eligible delivery type for an eligible vehicle has been

successfully reported as delivered to the customer from April 3 to April 30, 2012. Deadline for delivery reporting to be eligible for spins is the close of business May 10, 2012.

– Confirmation the BAC on the spin claim matches the BAC that reported sale of the VIN on the CDR.– All non-LPO accessories claimed sold to the VIN in the spin claim screen have successfully been

reported as installed to the VIN in the Global Warranty System (GWS) as a ZSET transaction with the appropriate installation operations (iOPs). iOPs do not need to be submitted for any LPOs ordered on a VIN. Deadline for submissions to GWS for spin eligibility is close of business May 10, 2012.

NOTE:• Specific“I”laboroperations(iOPs)havebeencreatedfortheinstallationofdealer-installedGMaccessories.

When a dealer installs a GM accessory, the iOPs must be submitted in GWS as a ZSET transaction. • IMPORTANT:Thiszerodollartransactionwilladdtheaccessorytothevehiclebuild.Thisisrequiredin

the event the accessory needs to be repaired or replaced during the bumper to bumper new vehicle limited warranty. Future accessory repair transactions will be rejected if a corresponding install transaction has not been submitted.

• The“I”laboroperationscanbefoundintheLaborTimeGuide(LTG)byselectingthefollowingcategoryfromthemainmenu:“GeneralInformation-DealerInstalledAccessories”section

• The“I”operationsonGMaccessoriesshouldbeenteredwithzerolabortime/partscost,asaZSETtransaction in GWS.

• TheselaboroperationsareforGMaccessoriesinstalledafterthevehiclewasproducedandnotordered as an LPO. Do not use these labor operations for an LPO or a similar part that was factory installed.

• Whenalloftheconditionsabovearemet,participantswillreceiveanemailfromGMearnPOWERheadquarters indicating their spin is ready and they can return to gmearnPOWER.com to complete the spin. Participants can also check spin claim status by VIN anytime by visiting the website.

• PleasebeadvisedthefeedfromtheGlobalWarrantySystem(GWS)occursonceaweekonMondaysfor business through the previous Thursday. This means spins are not real time. Even if all spin requirements are satisfied by the dealer reporting, spins from the prior week may not be available until the following Monday.

• The deadline to take all earned spins is close of business Monday, May 21st, 2012. All earned and untaken spins will be forfeited on May 22, 2012.

• ExistingLPOcontentorcertainvehicleconfigurationsmayresultinspecificaccessoriesNOTbeingavailable to sell to a specific VIN. This only occurs when an accessory sale would duplicate an ordered LPO or not be applicable based on pre-existing vehicle content. – For example, if a Sonic is ordered with W2D Cargo Net as an LPO, participants will not and should not

be able claim an additional Cargo Net was sold for the vehicle. In this case, the selection is grayed out on the spin claim screen.

–AnotherexampleisCruzeLTZwhichcomeswithChromeDoorHandlesasstandardequipment.Inthiscase,theparticipantshouldnotclaimtheysoldChromeDoorHandlesasanaccessoryonthevehicle. Invalid claims based on duplication of vehicle content from the factory will be denied and charged back upon audit.

neW Dealer (neW Point):New Chevrolet dealership points with effective dates on or after April 3, 2012 ARE eligible to participate in this program provided a valid BAC exists, the BAC is enrolled in 2012 Mark of Excellence (MOE) and all participants have valid GMINs.

Dealer change:Any financial arrangements between incoming/outgoing Dealers related to this program will be a matter for adjustment solely between the incoming/outgoing Dealers and General Motors Company shall assume no responsibility with respect thereto. General Motors Company will reward eligible participants currently employed by active Chevrolet dealerships at the time the payment is made under the program as detailed in the rules. Dealerships must be active at the conclusion of the program for dealership personnel to be eligible for earned and unpaid rewards.

Dealer terminations:If a dealership terminates or goes out of business prior to the end of the promotional period, neither the dealership nor any of its personnel will be entitled to any unpaid awards under this program.

taX ProVisions:Liability for federal, state or other taxes imposed upon spin rewards is the sole responsibility of the participants, not the ADIs, Chevrolet or General Motors Company.

aPPeal Process:It is the sole responsibility of participants to track progress of their spins and review deposits to their gmearnPOWER accounts for accuracy and completeness. All appeals should be directed via email to your Regional Accessory Manager (RAM). General Motors Company shall have the final decision in its sole discretion on all appeals from Participants, Dealers and ADIs regarding this program.

aUDiting:General Motors Company reserves the right to audit all dealer records supporting any reward under this program and to disqualify participants in the event of any irregularity. Sufficient dealer records must be kept to evidence the sale of vehicles and accessories to retail customers supporting all claims under this program. General Motors Company reserves the right to charge back dealers and/or participants for any rewards improperly paid based upon any irregularity. In all matters relating to the interpretation and application of any rules of this program, the decision of General Motors Company shall be final.
