WELCOME TO THE COMMUNITY ENTERPRISE FOUNDATION™, YOUR FOUNDATIONAnother important number to us, is the $3.3 million in additional funds that is nowavailable for our partners to invest back into their communities, thanks to the tax savings achieved in the 2018 financial year through using the Foundation.

Contributing to the success of our partners helps create real sustainability to the prosperity of their communities.

With the first three years of a new team delivery model now complete, we have an opportunity to reflect and

recognise our combined achievements.

The relevance we have to our partners is stronger than ever, this is measured by our growing collaborations, but more importantly reflects the depth of these relationships with

mutual respect and measurable outcomes.

A collaborative model that acknowledges our partners are the true community heroes with the Foundation providing

specialist administrative support has resulted in great outcomes for our partners and their communities.

Our partners stories of success continue to grow each year, in 2018 more than $7 million was

granted, via 909 projects with a leveraged project value of over $40 million and benefiting over

2 million Australians.

Our team works hard behind the scenes to support our partners success to grow their local

economy and community prosperity.

The team at SALT believe that community sporting clubs can become key agents of positive culture change. SALT facilitate interactive education programs with players and clubs to help them be the best they can be. Clubs are challenged to create a positive and supportive culture and players are inspired to apply the skills and values that they develop through their sport – such as courage, discipline, communication, teamwork and respect – to other areas of their lives.

SOUTH WEST VICTORIA BUSHFIRE RECOVERY APPEALOn St Patrick’s Day in 2018 a series of fires broke out over a wide area in South West Victoria. There were a number of small rural communities seriously impacted by the fires with the epicentre around Camperdown. Committee Representatives:

It is a program that…

• Accepts that teenagers’ have intense emotions.

• Surrounds the youth with inspirational individuals who mentor

and coach them.

• Teaches them to set goals that stretch and challenge them.

• Increases their self–esteem so they are more confident to cope

with the challenges of life.

• Allows them to articulate their opinions and enter into discussions

confidently.

• Constantly teaches the new skills that motivate and empower them.

• Imagine if all Australians aged 14 to 17 were given this type of

structure, education, training and support how different their lives

would be and how different Australia would be?
