Experience in material inspection, welding inspection, other QA/QC inspection, document controlling of the following plant Pressure part. More than 6 years total experiences including in welder training, inspection, expediting and testing, QA/QC co-ordination and

management. Experience includes structural steel, process piping heaters, towers, tanks, pressure vessel fabrication, inspection and testing, vendor inspection and expediting with primary emphasis in the oil-gas, petroleum, nuclear power plant and ship building industries. Well experience with welding operations and activities for most major materials including carbon steel, low-alloy, chrome-molly, stainless steel, aluminum alloys and other nonferrous and including major codes such as ASME, ANSI, API, AWS, JIS and BS. Also, able to handle GB requirements. Capable of independent review of RT films and the monitoring and assessment of NDE activities performed by others including MPI, PT and UT. Surface preparation & Painting inspection. Preparing, review & approval of inspection report, record. Preparing and verifying all MDR (Manufacture’s Data Report), MRB (Manufacturing Record Book), final dossier, ASME Stamp format. Monitor Post weld Heat Treatment and other related QA/QC activities. Monitor and inspect Hardness Testing on the weld repairs and weld after PWHT. Attend QA/QC meeting with Production team and Clients and discuss all quality problems during fabrication work. Coordinate with discipline production engineers, supervisor and client inspector and initiate resolution on problems.
