ensure that all information is accurate, including your social security number and full name. The deadline to report any inaccuracies to the Company office is Friday, March 22, 2013. We mailed 1099 forms to Consultants who had compensation of $600 or more in the previous calendar year or made purchases from Rodan + Fields during the previous year in excess of $5,000. Please e-mail Sales Support at [email protected] with any questions.
