Did You Know…

In 1223, St. Francis created the first Christmas crib? He wanted

the people around the Italian village of Greccio to have

a first person experience of

the incarnation of Jesus.

Let the church always be a place of Mercy

and Hope,where everyone is

Welcomed, Loved and Forgiven.

ASSISTED SUICIDEStop assisted suicide in CA before it's too late!

Earlier this year, through a special session, the California Legislature approved assisted suicide,

which allows doctors to prescribe drugs to overdose patients with terminal illnesses. Join a coalition of doctors, nurses, disabled rights organizations, and people of all faiths who represent the lives of our elderly and dying and oppose assisted suicide.

This weekend, December 12 and 13, petitions will be available for signing after Mass. To sign, you

must be registered to vote and can only sign once .

days leading to Christmas by consciously offering and receiving

God’s love and grace in your encounters with family and friends, and all who pass through our lives.
