Curiosita: Leonardo da Vinci had an insatiable, curious approach to life and an unrelenting quest for continuous learning. He asked questions about the world around him, not necessarily concerned with the answers at the time.
Begin by asking the “naïve” questions that others are prone to overlook. Ask awkward questions like: Why is this a problem? Is this the real issue? Why HAVE
we always done it this way? Seek to discover the underlying issues, preconceptions, prejudices or paradigms that
may be influencing your perception. Ask: What will happen if I ignore it? What possibilities have I not yet considered?
Develop your question asking and Curiosita skills by creating your own list of personal power questions:
How can I have more adventures? How can I best serve others? When am I most naturally myself Who are my most inspiring role models? What legacy would I like to leave? How can I develop my influential skills as an assistant? How do others perceive me?
