COULD GO WRONG

UNRELIABLE PEERSAs I am in a group of my own, it is

down to both my actor and I to ensure that we are both free when filming needs to commence. If either one of us fails to show up on a set day to film, this will cause some serious problems as finding another day when we are both free may be difficult due to commitments such as college and work.

We will communicate a lot through mobile and meetings so therefore if something does happen to come up, for instance: an illness, it will be in advance and can hopefully be rearranged and sorted successfully.

BAD WEATHER

Recently, the weather in the UK has not been very unpleasant or reliable. This could be an obstacle because on the days when I plan on shooting, the weather might not be decent. Furthermore, if I am already out filming and it begins to rain, not only would it have been a waste of time, equipment could also be damaged which is more important. As a result, I plan to check weather forecasts on the days I am filming before doing so. I also plan on filming during the afternoon because by this time I should have a pretty good idea what the weather is going to be like.

LOST OR FAULTY EQUIPMENT

It is important that I keep all the equipment safe. Losing equipment, such as the SD card, would be a real problem as I would then have to film all my material again in a shorter period of time. This may not be possible because of factors such as bad weather. Also, if I damage equipment whilst I am out filming or even before I leave I will be unable to film which means I will then have to put it off until another day.

TIME MANAGEMENTIt always see you have more time than

you actually do. This is why I have chosen to keep my video so simple because that way I can complete it. If I were to get carried away with choreography and expensive locations I would run out of time. Also because these things take time to plan and deliver, I would end up with a poor quality music video which isn’t as thought through as it could have been. To ensure I complete my coursework on time, I will create a schedule of when and where I will be completing work, something similar to a revision timetable.
