Trend 3: The need for new jobs/ Evolution of old jobs The social conciergewill need an IT orengineeringbackground pushesthe economy forwards Staff will need moreskills to operate thesystems The need for neweducationalinstitutions/trainings 6. Trend 4: Making the customer amarketing actor Storytelling (Louis Vuitton) Interaction (Lobbyfriend the temporaryfacebook for hotel guests) 7. Trend 5: A Competitive advantage in marketing is no longer based onfinancial resources Google + pages : many services Story telling: Using a story to attractattention to the brand Blogs and social media : Hotel and Customersinteract 8. Trend 6? Digital Detox My personal opinion is that some will wantto get away from all this! Is this a niche for future products, forexample a stay far away from technologywhich remains synonymous of work? 9. Conclusion: the future is digital and few are yet grasping it
