Owned and Managed by Luton Borough Council, Portland Court managed workspaces offers 32 small units specially designed to help small businesses start-up and grow. Workshop spaces are available on flexible ‘easy-in, easy-out’ terms, making it ideal for SME’s to grow and take on larger spaces and range from range from 21m² to 103m².

Benefits include level unit access, allocated and visitor parking, phase 3 access (most units), good natural light and 24 hour access. Other benefits are straightforward paperwork, on site security and access to a meeting room.

Focused on Carnival activity and other creative industries, the building houses a business incubation centre, Mas Camp band training and rehearsal studio, a welding and casting facility, a costume-making workshop, café and social area and crèche.
