detect customers suffering

from high body temperature

and fever.

BODY TEMPERATURE MONITORING AND MANAGEMENT

Utilising the latest in thermal camera and sensor

technology has allowed us to create a modern,

practical solution aimed at companies who need

to measure large numbers of people in a precise

but rapid way.

The dual camera technology is capable of

measuring up to 30 people at a time, with an

average calculation time of 10ms per person.

Each temperature reading is accurate to 0.3c

degrees using our live calibration system, the

cameras can be located in wide area practical

locations allowing for a constant flow of people

walking past the camera.

By installing either multiple cameras at a single site, or one camera per site, then linking all cameras to our

encrypted cloud solution it allows live data to be handled and processed into useful information. The platform

can feedback statistics and data to users at a central location, while at the same time notifying local security/

management teams at each site if a high temperature alarm is triggered.

IN DEPTH STATISTICS

One of the main challenges in the coming months will

be customer confidence in public areas and shopping

centres. Our solution will allow the local site/security

team to get live notifications of a customer or member

of staff with a higher than average temperature, along

with a photo of the person, this allows the local team

to take immediate action and approach the person for

a secondary test. We believe that if members of the

public are aware that they are in a well monitored and

safe area they will return to normal shopping habits.

Included in our thermal camera package is a Full HD

camera for face and person detection. Embracing AI

technologies mean we can modify the software for

various uses. In a retail store environment we are

able to detect store staff vs members of the public,

this allows us to capture an accurate reading of how

many members of the public vs staff are within a

store area by measuring the entrance. We keep all

data anonymous and encrypted, there is no personal

identification of a person. All our data is collated in

the cloud within milliseconds and alerts generated

instantly.
