Particle counting is a critical component of clean room monitoring programs. Particle counter data are needed to detect contaminants in the air and to determine the cleanliness of air in controlled environments, such as those

found in the pharmaceutical or sensitive food industries, which have to comply with ISO 14644, GMP and FS209E.

Our APC instruments meet JIS B 9921:1997 and ISO 21501 standards for performance,

Passive viable air monitoring with the help of settle plates is a useful complement to active air sampling methods. Settle plates allow for a semi-quantitative determination of microbial contaminations in the air. They are also suitable for personnel monitoring (e.g., gloves). And that’s not all: settle plates are easy to use, efficient, and enable continuous monitoring during production processes.
