There is a small window here where you can put a small pointed object (scissor or knife) and lift up the little door to allow the silicone band to slide out then all you have to do is cut it and re-insert it and close the door (I suggest using a pair of needle nose pliers or regular ones to make sure that is snap closed).  There is one on each side so cut each side evenly so it is not unbalanced .  If you need more help, please let me know

Here is the door that you have to lift upInsert sharp point into slot and lift up

Insert scissor into hole in door

Bracelet opened from the rear, squeeze the two tabs on the back lock and gently pull up.

After cutting the silicone bands on both sides equally, slide them back into the open door on either side of the gack lock and then squeeze gently on the frong of the door until you hear a click which indicates that the door is locked.. Remember I said gently, if yo usqueeze too hard the hinge that holds them together could break… and that is it..

Now you are back together and sized to fit you perfectly..
